Well, this is a first shot at the blogger thing. Not really sure if I'm the blog writing type-- I've never been a big journal writer, and its not like I have a lot of excess time... but apparently my husband thinks I should try this... so here we go. (My theory- he just wants to have a good laugh)

Hum... haven't really done much today-- not a whole lot of deep thoughts either. Most of today has been full of repetition... not a whole lot new (which isn't always bad).

I guess my "big thought of the day" is about considering taping my voice... I'm thinking that if I can catch my kids immediately as they're about to get into something, it may be more effective... also might help me feel like I'm not always saying the same thing over and over. "Attention Kayla, no it is still not okay to climb on the table... and while you're up on the table- please leave the hanging picture alone." "Matthew stay away from the DVD’s. Stay away from the video's. Stop pulling Kayla’s hair" During bath time, while adjusting the water, a simple "don't touch the toilet paper" on rerun may work wonders. (Would have helped spare half the roll today- because while I was trying to keep Kayla out of the water while fully dressed, Matt ran with the toilet paper into the hall and kept pulling). Who am I kidding; this probably wouldn't help-- I almost need scary music (perhaps a vacuum sound coming from the table and toilet paper) to deter the kiddo's.

I'm sure that once this stage is over, I'll look back with love and say, "I remember when..." and I'm sure there will be a hint of longing that my future Webber's will do the same. Well, no joke-- Kayla’s on the table again, and look, there’s Matt with all the video’s… gotta go
